Machining Process
It refers to the entire process of using mechanical processing methods to make the shape, size, relative position, and properties of the blank qualified parts according to the drawings and dimensions. Processing technology is the work that process personnel need to do before processing to avoid processing errors and economic losses during the processing
Develop Steps
1) Calculate the annual production plan and determine the production type.
2) Analyze part drawings and product assembly drawings, and conduct process analysis on the parts.
3) Select the blank.
4) Develop a process route.
5) Determine the machining allowance for each process, calculate the process dimensions and tolerances.
6) Determine the equipment, tools, fixtures, measuring tools, and auxiliary tools used in each process.
7) Determine the cutting amount and working hours quota.
8) Determine the technical requirements and inspection methods for each major process.
9) Fill in the process documents.
In the process of formulating process regulations, it is often necessary to adjust the initially determined content to improve economic benefits. In the process of implementing process regulations, unexpected situations may occur, such as changes in production conditions, introduction of new technologies and processes, application of new materials and advanced equipment, all of which require timely revision and improvement of process regulations.
